1) Back Squat 5x5x75%

2) Deadlifts 5x4x70%

3) 8 rounds of 20 secs work/ 10 secs rest:

  • stiff leg deadlift
  • single arm overhead Box Squat *below parallel if possible
  • "beast" crawl
