Strength work

  • 6x6x60% + chain if possible 
  • 3x”max reps” shoulder side raises
  • 3x”max reps” landmie rows 
  • 3x”max reps” banded sling shot rows (each side)

Conditioning Work

5rounds of “max reps” 

  • dumbbell Bench press
  • Pull ups 

*rest between each round at least 1 min
