Strength 

  • Box Squat below parallel 8x3x60% +25% chain or band tension 
  • weighted goodmornings 5x5
  • barbell hip thrusters 5x8-15

Conditioning 

8 rounds of:

  • 8 dumbbell thrusters (30#)
  • 8 burpee jump over dumbbells 

Rest then, 

  • 3x10 standing oblique raises (Each side)
  • 3x8-10 hanging leg raises
