Strength Work

  • Work up to a Max Effort Bench Press +chains *close grip 

Then:

  • 2x “max reps” incline dumbbell press *warm up then use same weight for working sets

Then: 

  • 3x15-20 banded Barbell reverse bench pull downs * suspend Barbell using bands, lay on bench and “reverse bench”
  • 3x12-15 shoulder side raises using chains 
  • 3x10-12 Arnold Press *lght

conditioning

8 rounds of 20 secs work/10 secs rest:

  • alternating dumbbell Snatch 
  • Plate to overhead #35
  • box Jumps
