Strength Work

  • Bench 5x5x75% close grip
  • barbell row 5x6

then 3 rounds of:

  • 10 bicep curls 
  • 10 push up from elevated barbell
  • 10 bent over row (each side)
  • 10 Arnold presses 

then 4 rounds of: 

  • 30 secs of flutter kicks with plate raise
  • 30 sec rope climb sit up
