  • bench 6x6x70% *if it feels light go up in weight by 5-10lbs 

then 3 rounds of:

  • 10-15 Push Press 
  • 10-15 chest supported rows 
  • 10-15 dumbbell rollback to press

then 12 mins of:

  • 12 wall balls 
  • 9 dumbbell floor Press
  • 6 dips
