  • work up to a 3 Rep Max Bench, then work up to a 1 Rep Max (1) Board, then (2) Board, 

then 3 rounds of: 

  • 20 H-Rolls 
  • 5-10 pull ups 
  • 20 banded sling shot (each arm) 

then 40,30,20,10

  • Sit up 
  • powerclean *increase weight each set example:35lb,45lb,55lb,65lb
