Strength Work

  • Box Squat 12x2x60% + 25% chain or band
  • rack pulls *below knees 6x2x50% +chains or band

10 mins of as many rounds as possible:

  • 3 Front Squats
  • 6 deadlifts 
  • 9 dumbbell push press 
  • 12 plate jump overs 

* for Barbell weight..pick a weight that you can easily front squat 6x
