  • bench 9x3x50% +chain (all 3 grips) 
  • 3x10-15 shoulder side raises
  • 3x10-15 bicep curls 
  • 3x10-15 tricep push down 

then 4 rounds of: 

  • 4 seated sled pulls 
  • 8 Box jumps 
  • 20 plate ground to overhead
