Strength Work

  • Max Effort Bench *wide grip- Work up to 60% then add 1 chain, 2nd chain, 3rd chain..etc *the goal is not failure but to find a max with chains
  • 3x15 close grip bench

Then:

3 rounds of:
  • 40 shoulder press @50%
  • 15 dumbbell floor press
  • 40 tricep extensions *light to med
