  • work up to a Max Effort Deadlidt from 2inch

then 5 rounds of:

  • 8x60% front squats 
  • 10 weighted step ups (5 each leg) 
  • 8 Box jumps 

then Tabata Ab 8rds of 20 secs work 10 secs rest
