Garage Gym Barbell 6-26-18 volume upper

  • bench wide grip 6x6x65% *if it feels light and no failed reps- increase weight 
  • bent over rows 3x12-15
  • pull up 3x5-8 *scale as needed 
  • bicep curls 3x12-15

Conditioning Work 

4-5 rounds of 

  • 10 Box dips 
  • 8 toes to bar or handing knee raises 
  • 20 plate ground to overhead
