  • Reverse Hyper or back extension 3x15
  • Banded hamstring curls 3x20
  • Ab of choice 3x20

Then 5 rounds of:

  • 6 Deadlifts @40%
  • 20 weighted walking lunges
  • 20 kettlebell swings

end with 100 banded steps
