Garage gym barbell 8-7-18 upper body volume

  • Bench 6x6x60% *add 5lbs if moving well *wide grip 
  • Dumbbell single arm floor press 2x8-10 (each side) 
  • upright rows 4x10-15
  • rear delt fly 4x10-15
  • banded sling shot rows 4x10-15(each side) 

then 4 rounds of: 

  • 40secs bottoms up kettlebell walks
  • 40secs hang powercleans *light
  • 40secs seated sled pull
