  • Squat, Work up to 80%, 85%, 90%+ 
  • 3x30 banded hamstring curl
  • 3x20 seated sumo goodmornings 

then 3 rounds of: 

  • 10 hanging leg raises 
  • 20 weighted step downs (10 each side) *keep foot on box and step down
  • 30 plate ground to overhead
