  • Bench 5x6x60% *wide grip
  • Bench 1x”max reps”x50% with (1) board, (2) board, then (3) board **do as many reps as possible with (1) board then have a partner immediately add (2nd) board do as many reps, add (3rd) board and do as many reps as possible
  • Seated Shoulder side raises 3x15-20
  • Triceps overhead extension 3x15-20
  • Plate overhead press 3x10-15 *heavy
  • 100 triceps pull downs
