Items purchased on clearance, sale, or using a discount code do not qualify for free return shipping. Refunds will not include a refund of original shipping cost.

In order for us to find your order, provide your full name &  order number if you have it. Also, tell us if you would like a different  size or prefer a refund. After we locate your order, All refunds will be initiated within 24 hours after receiving  the returned items.
