10-14-20 Conditioning only by Tiffany

Our conditioning only workouts are prepared by Tiffany Galan. These are great workouts for those with limited equipment or limited on time. A great 30-40 min workout that will get you moving!

Main work
4 rounds with little rest of:

  • 10 single leg deadlift to up right row
  • 8 burpee box jump
  • 10 lunge to press - each side
  • 8 burpee box jump
  • 10 squat to bicep curl

4 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:

  • lying clam shell - left
  • lying clam shell - right
  • alternating donkey kick to glute raise
