Our conditioning only workouts are prepared by Tiffany Galan. These are great workouts for those with limited equipment or limited on time. A great 30-40 min workout that will get you moving!
Main work
4 rounds with little rest of:
- 10 single leg deadlift to up right row
- 8 burpee box jump
- 10 lunge to press - each side
- 8 burpee box jump
- 10 squat to bicep curl
Glutes
4 rounds tabata 30 secs work 10 secs rest of:
- lying clam shell - left
- lying clam shell - right
- alternating donkey kick to glute raise
