Workout

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • reverse lunge to high knee
  • burpee box jump
  • walking squat
  • glute bridge hold

then, 4 rounds of

  • 10 fire hydrants to kick back- each side
  • 10 standing oblique crunch - each side
  • 10 squat pulse
  • 10 hanging knee raises or leg lowers on the floor
