8-24-20 (30 min) Lower Body Workout
30 min lower body workout for those with limited time and equipment
4 rounds of:
- 10/10 DB curtsy lunges
- 1 min plank hold
- 20 standing cross over crunches
- 1 min burpees
- 10 KB sumo deadlifts
- 1 min jump rope
then, 4 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- banded side/side walks
- glute bride holds
- squat pulses
