8-24-20 (30 min) Lower Body Workout

30 min lower body workout for those with limited time and equipment

4 rounds of:

  • 10/10 DB curtsy lunges
  • 1 min plank hold
  • 20 standing cross over crunches
  • 1 min burpees
  • 10 KB sumo deadlifts
  • 1 min jump rope

then, 4 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • banded side/side walks
  • glute bride holds
  • squat pulses
