8-28-20 CONDITIONING ONLY workout

If you have limited equipment at home or just looking for a quick workout, we have it for you!

Workout
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:

  • clean & press
  • box dips
  • burpees
  • reverse fly
  • high knees

then,
4 rounds of:

  • 15 fire hydrant to kickback - left
  • 15 fire hydrant to kickback- right
  • 15 leg lowers
