5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:
- clean & press
- box dips
- burpees
- reverse fly
- high knees
then,
4 rounds of:
- 15 fire hydrant to kickback - left
- 15 fire hydrant to kickback- right
- 15 leg lowers
