Main work
20 min AMARP of:
- 8 Bulgarian split squats each side
hold db's if possible otherwise use just bodyweight - 8 wall balls
- 8 weighted hip thursters
- 8 box jumps
then,
Tabata Glutes 5 rounds 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- Glute bridge hold
- Standing kick backs (left to right)
- Banded abductors
