20 min AMARP of:

  • 8 Bulgarian split squats each side
    hold db's if possible otherwise use just bodyweight
  • 8 wall balls
  • 8 weighted hip thursters
  • 8 box jumps

then,
Tabata Glutes 5 rounds 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • Glute bridge hold
  • Standing kick backs (left to right)
  • Banded abductors
