Main work
20 min & 01 sec AMRAP of:
- 9 pull ups
- 11 alternating DB snatches or barbell snatches HERE
- 9 kb swings
- 11 burpees
then, 4 rounds of:
hold a plank while your partner completes each movement
- 29 flutter kicks
- 77 sits ups
