9-14-20 Conditioning only workout

GGB Conditioning workouts can be done after your strength work or as a standalone conditioning workout if you're limited on time/or equipment.

Main work
5 rounds 30secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • wall balls
    if you don't have a med ball, sub wall sits for this movement
  • goodmornings
  • thruster
  • curtsy lunge
  • mountain climber

Then, 4 rounds of:

  • 10 bulgarian split squats - each side
  • 40 banded abductor
  • 20 banded standing kickbacks- each side
  • 40 walking lunges
