Main work
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:
- man makers
- plank toe touch
- butt kicker w/plate overhead hold
- db "around the worlds"
- burpee ball slams
then,
4 rounds of:
- 12 glute bridge w/3 secs hold to sit up
- 30 secs boat hold + flutter kick
- 12 fire hydrant to kick back each side
