Main work

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/ 10 secs rest of:

  • man makers
  • plank toe touch
  • butt kicker w/plate overhead hold
  • db "around the worlds"
  • burpee ball slams

then,
4 rounds of:

  • 12 glute bridge w/3 secs hold to sit up
  • 30 secs boat hold + flutter kick
  • 12 fire hydrant to kick back each side
