GGB conditioning only program is programed by our trainer Tiffany Galan and designed for those with limited equipment or limited on time. Conditioning only workouts are intended as a standalone workout to keep you sweating!

Main work
4 rounds of:
- 15 curtsy lunge (each side)
- 1 min lateral box jumps
- 15 standing cross over crunches
- 1 min burpees
- 15 sumo deadlifts
- 1 min jump rope
then,
4 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- side to side banded monster walks
- glute bridge hold
- hip thruster
