9-21-20 Conditioning only

GGB conditioning only program is programed by our trainer Tiffany Galan and designed for those with limited equipment or limited on time. Conditioning only workouts are intended as a standalone workout to keep you sweating!

Main work
4 rounds of:

  • 15 curtsy lunge (each side)
  • 1 min lateral box jumps
  • 15 standing cross over crunches
  • 1 min burpees
  • 15 sumo deadlifts
  • 1 min jump rope

then,
4 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • side to side banded monster walks
  • glute bridge hold
  • hip thruster
