9-25-20 Conditioning by Tiffany Galan

Main work
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • alternating DB snatches or barbell snatches
  • front raise to reverse grip
  • hand release burpees
  • DB pull over
  • weighted jumping jacks

Abs
4 rounds of:

  • 12 hip lifts
  • 20 plank jacks
  • 12 hanging leg raises or leg lowers on the floor
