9-30-20 Conditioning only by Tiffany

Conditioning only workout programed by our tribe member Tiffany Galan. These workouts are designed for those with limited equipment or prefer a more cardio based workout.

Main work
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • jump over burpees
  • squat to bicep curl
  • jump rope
  • lunge to overhead press
  • clean & press

Glutes
4rounds of:

  • 10 hip thrusters
  • 10/10 fire hydrant to donkey kick
  • 40 side to side monster walks
