Conditioning only workout programed by our tribe member Tiffany Galan. These workouts are designed for those with limited equipment or prefer a more cardio based workout.
Main work
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:
- jump over burpees
- squat to bicep curl
- jump rope
- lunge to overhead press
- clean & press
Glutes
4rounds of:
- 10 hip thrusters
- 10/10 fire hydrant to donkey kick
- 40 side to side monster walks
