9-9-20 Conditioning only total body focus

Our Wednesday conditioning for today is a full body focus created by our Tiffany Galan. This a great stand alone program for those with limited equipment and/or time.

Main work
5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • jump rope
  • shoulder taps

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • db power cleans
  • db stiff leg deadlifts

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • skaters
  • upright row

5 rounds tabata 30 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • wall balls
  • plank hold

Then, Hump Day glutes
2-4 rounds of:

  • 50 walking lunges
  • 50 banded walks
  • 50 banded abductors
