Take 10-15mins for Yoga flow

  • forward fold- plank- updog- down dog- lunge both sides

Recovery workout
8 rounds of 25 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • moving down dog to alternating lunge
  • weighted sit up or banded sit up
  • jump rope

then,
5 rounds of 20 secs work/10 secs rest of:

  • banded donkey kick - right
  • banded donkey kick - left
  • banded glute thruster
  • banded abductor
