Garage Gym Barbell 2-28-18 Lower Body

Strength:

1) Box Squats 5x5X50% + 25% band or chain

  • If you don't have chains or bands available use bar weight at 75%

2) Sumo Deadlifts 4x6-8 @60%

3) 3x10-12 Reverse Hyper or Back extentions

Conditioning:

4) Then 4 rounds of:

  • 10 Goblet squats
  • 15 wall balls
  • 20 jump squats

5) 200 reps Ab of choice
