Thursday 10-25-17 Lower Body Workout

Thursday's Work:

1) Box Squats 3x3x65%, 1x3x70%, 1x3x75%, 1x"Max Effort Reps" x 70%

*If you don't have a 1 rep max to base the percentages on, stay light/medium. Make sure your form is excellent before increasing weight. No Failures on the "max effort reps", if you're not sure if you can get the next rep... STOP.

3) Then:

Round 1:

  • 8 Weighted Goodmornings
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 30 Weighted Walking Lunges

Round 2:

  • 8 Weighted Goodmornings
  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 20 Weighted Walking Lunges

Round 3:

  • 8 Weighted Goodmornings
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 10 Weighted Walking Lunges

4) Then Ab Work:

  • As a group, sit in a V position and pass a plate to each other until stacked on one end... then repeat to stack to the other end.
